The creative technical team at Solution RED is lead by Martin Featherston, one of the founders of creative audiovisual support for the events industry. Martin is backed up by a team of project managers who, collectively, can boast over a century of experience in the theatrical and technical arts. All have wide-ranging abilities but, within the team, are specialists in high-end vision, quality audio, complex lighting design, graphic design, musical support and the very latest in conferencing technologies. One of the greatest strengths of a team like this is their ability to bounce ideas off each other to workshop the best solution for a client's event design needs. As part of this process, Lighting & Technical Designer Tim Newman provides the expertise to ensure that the most complex events go together as smoothly as possible.
